Register on the website. We’ll search from over 800,000 Dallas apartment listings. We’ll provide you with a customized list from our Dallas apartment finder database. Pick out the apartments you want to visit. Be sure to write us as your referring locator on the guest card, lease application, and lease. Contact us immediately after leasing so we can schedule your move. And that’s it!

Q. How In The Heck Can You MOVE ME FOR FREE?
We can provide you with a free move because we are paid a commission by the apartment properties. We then pay the movers from our commission. As a thanks for using us as your apartment locator, we will provide you with a free move or a cash rebate.

Q. What If I Don’t Need A Free Move?
If you don’t need the free move, you may be eligible for a Rebate Check. Terms and restrictions apply. Register on the website in the apartment search section. When visiting the properties, be sure to write us in as your referring locator on the guest card, lease application, and lease.

Q. How Quickly Should I Schedule My FREE MOVE?
To set up your free move, you must contact us immediately – as soon as the ink is dry on your lease. Or you can fill out the online Move It Free Registration Form. After we’ve confirmed your new lease, we’ll contact our professional movers who will be contacting you within 48 hours. For any concerns, please call us at 972-818-3456.

Q. Will A FREE MOVE Affect Any MOVE-IN SPECIALS?
Absolutely not. A free move should not dis-qualify you from any specials offered by the property.

Q. Will You Move Me Within The Same Property?
Unfortunately, moving within the same property doesn’t require help from an apartment locator, and thus it does not qualify as a free move.
